This week I worked with various staff members (teachers, speech therapists, and an occupational therapist) troubleshooting various problems involving student database information, printing issues, and data entry. The most challenging issue involved a teacher who was having problems printing and needed to retrieve and edit a document for a parent meeting the following day.
