Since this week is school vacation, I won't be meeting with any staff members. So far, I have done followup on our Medicaid billing. I reviewed the reports as to what staff members have completed their billing for March and found two people who have little/or no services entered. I sent them emails reminding them to get this info. in as the April information also needs to be entered. With this process, I have to check what they've entered every two weeks or so to make sure they don't fall behind… Continue

I received an email from a teacher who had a parent meeting set up, but couldn't print out the report correctly. I gave her instructions through email, but she still was unsuccessful. I had talked to one of my bosses who also could not get her program to print correctly. I tried to troubleshoot from my end, but could not see a problem. Last week, I received an email from a frustrated teacher who was having major issues printing reports using the new software. I had previously sent her email instructions, but she was still having problems. We figured out a time to meet (during her planning period) and I went over and worked with her. I showed her some basic steps to alleviate the problem. She wrote down my instructions and then I had her do the same process. It worked and she was successful! Another happy customer! So far this week I have not worked one on one with any staff members. All of my support has been in the way of phone conversations and emails. Most of it entails troubleshooting issues with one of the software programs. Most of the questions involve printing issues and people who are not filling out the screens correctly.
