Also this week I have been creating credit applications for other companies in order to allow them to order large amounts of supplies from our company. Also I have to complete a hazardous substance list which is part of OSHA'S Right -to -Know and this is completely new to me so I am being exposed to alot of new things this week

It's getting closer to the material yard's opening day which is Saturday, April 4th. I have been looking into promoting the day by putting inserts in a couple of local papers that offer customers a 10 percent discount if they present the insert/ coupon when they come. I haven't ordered the pens yet but I think the design is set for when they are ready.

This week is starting out good. I've been busy all day finishing a lot of projects I already started last week. I have been looking into promotional pens that I will be able to design for the material yard's opening day also I have been doing some research to advertise the company in some local newspapers via inserts that I have already made. Along with the marketing I have been looking into prospective customers and doing some basic scheduling.

I have been pretty busy between last week and into this week making business cards, still filling out credit applications,printing brochures for the grand opening of the material yard etc. The snow has slowed things down a little but I still have projects I am working on from last week that will get finished this week, nothing too new but it's still nice to be busy.

Today I answered a lot of phone calls about different things like septics, advertising, etc. I enjoy it because although I don't know a lot of answers about things yet I am learning by listening when I relay the phone call or message to my supervisors. Also it seems with the material yard developing I have been handling some of the credit applications for wholesale suppliers and am getting good exposure to many financial documents and things of that nature in response to what is required on thos… Continue
